By accessing or using GhostInk AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GhostInk AI is a digital tool for tattoo design inspiration and visualization.

2. AI-Generated Designs

All designs generated by GhostInk AI are for reference only. While our AI is trained on professional tattoo aesthetics, technical feasibility for a real tattoo depends on your skin, the chosen area, and the skill of your artist.

Crucial: Always consult with a professional tattoo artist to review and adapt any GHOSTINK AI design before proceeding with a permanent tattoo.

3. Intellectual Property

You own the prompts you provide. GhostInk AI grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated designs for your personal tattoo projects. Commercial use or resale of the designs requires explicit written permission from Carbo Studio.

4. Health & Safety

GhostInk AI is a digital visualization tool. We do not provide medical advice or tattoo services. We are not responsible for any reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from a permanent tattoo inspired by our application.

5. Credits and Payments

GhostInk AI uses a credit-based system ("Ink Credits"). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree that all sales are final and that Ink Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

6. Eligibility

By using GhostInk AI, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the application.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GhostInk AI to generate offensive, harmful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
