Welcome to GhostInk AI. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience using our supernatural tattoo studio application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Information We Collect

GhostInk AI collects minimal information necessary to provide our services:

Account Information:

• Email address (for authentication and account management)
• User ID (automatically generated via Supabase)

Locally Stored Data:

• Tattoo generation history
• Saved stencils and manifestations
• AR preview snapshots

Most of your creative data, including the photos you use for stencils or AR previews, is processed on-device and stored locally on your smartphone.

Analytics:

• Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics to improve AI generation quality and app performance.

3. AI Generation & Photos

When you transform a photo into a tattoo stencil, the photo is processed to extract linework. This processing happens locally or through secure temporary processing. We do not store your original photos on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to power certain app functions:

• Supabase: For secure user authentication and database management.
• RevenueCat: To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

These services handle your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Account and Data Deletion

We believe in your right to be forgotten. You have two ways to delete your data:

• In-App: You can delete your account immediately via the "Delete Account" button in the Profile settings of the GhostInk AI app. This will permanently remove your profile, credits, and history.
• By Email: You can also request manual deletion by contacting us at support@carbo-studio.com.

6. Children's Privacy

GhostInk AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
